Our 50 acre working farm with cows, pigs, goats, and chickens hosts 2 accommodations, a cabin and a farmhouse. You can rent one or both. Both offer on site fishing, row boating, hiking trails, campfires, outdoor grills, children's play structures, indoor and outdoor games, self-guided farm tours.
Farm cabin with 2 bedrooms, 1 sleeping loft, and 1 bathroom, with a total of 5 beds (2 queens and 3 twin beds). We are 5 miles from Lake Palestine, a 25,000 acre lake, for boating and fishing. And only 7 miles from Tyler for visiting the zoo, movies, museums, dining and shopping.
Come and relax from your daily routines. Our cabin has an outdoor fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs with family and friends. The country sky is clear and full of stars. Cabin is stocked with board games, books, and toys for children. Also this cabin is located on a 50 acre working farm with cows, pigs, sheep, goat, and chickens. Onsite Recreation.
Enjoy fishing, row boating in the pond, hiking the nature trails, seeing the farm animals, swingset for the kids, and firepit for marshmallows!
There are maps in the cabin for the nature trails and the self-guided farm tour.

Everything you’ll need to cook and eat (besides the food, of course!) can be found stocked in the cabin.

Fresh, Clean Linens
Don’t worry about it – all cabins come with sheets, pillows, blankets, fresh towels, washcloths, and dishtowels.
Guest will have access to the entire cabin, outdoor fire pit area, swing set, large yard, and our vast nature trails. Catch and release fishing in the pond is permitted only.
The maximum occupancy is 5 guests at any one time. If you have more than the maximum occupancy, your booking may be terminated and no refund given.

The pace of life is slower in the country and so is our internet. WiFi is provided as a convenience only.
We have a very friendly Great Pyrenees farm dogs, whose job is to protect the farm animals.
Stay With Purpose!
The base price includes 5 guests.

We do charge an early check in fee of $30 if you need to check in before 4:00 pm.
We also charge a late check out fee of $20 each hour after 11:00 am.

Extra Services:
2 Fishing Poles and tackle box rental $25 for your whole stay.
$10 for firewood bundle.

Mailing any forgotten items is shipping cost + $25.
No pets allowed for the safety of our free range chickens, other farm animals, and the safety of our guests with allergies. We know how important ESA service animals are to the humans they serve. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any guests' animals, including ESA service animals. No animals of any kind are allowed. Violations will result in termination of stay and a $200 fine.
