Enjoyed my stay - clean room and friendly welcoming staff. Easy access to the ski lift. Would be good to know in advance what bus stop to use when I arrived in Flims to check in (I did not know to use post stop). Overall - I had a great experience and wonderful time at the hotel and at Flims!

Very nice hotel, Extremelly nice receptinost, especially Carlos. He really knows his job. Breakfast was good, but for longer stay shoud be larger selection of food. Great location for motorbike routes.

Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr netter, freundlicher und gut gelaunter Empfang. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Top Service! Das Zimmer wer sehr grosszügig und sauber. Einziger negativer Punkt: Frühstück war nur bis 09.30 Uhr, weshalb wir es jeweils verpassten.

Gutes Mittelklass-Hotel. Hat alles gepasst. Zimmer waren sauber, Frühstück lecker und das Personal hilfbereit und nett. Speziell Momo und sein eigentlich zu kleines Team haben einen super Job im Restaurant gemacht.
