Ideal in winter as well as in summer, quiet, cozy and centrally located 2.5 room and ground floor apartment with seating area and direct access to the garden and wonderful view to the mountains. At the beginning of Flims Waldhaus, less than 5 minutes walk from the shuttle bus, post bus stop and shopping center, and only 10 minutes walk (600m) to the principal mountain cable railway. Covered private parking space (D1).
We rent our apartment by weeks, but shorter stays may be possible on request.

Open kitchen with full equipment (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, toaster, thermos jug, raclette oven, fondue dishes, and other complete crockery and cooking accessories, kitchen towels, etc.) and with a large dining bench table.
Spacious bedroom for 2 people, with wardrobe (hairdryer available). Two folding beds in the living area offer additional sleeping accommodation if the apartment is occupied by 4 people.
Cozy living room, with TV, WiFi - and view to the mountains.
Bathroom with shower curtain, mirror cabinet and double sink, as well as a separate toilet and cloakroom.
On the same floor as the apartment, room with table tennis (and rackets, free to use) and sauna, whirlpool area (upon reservation, with separate usage fee).
Skis and ski boots can be stored in the private ski locker right at the entrance to the house. Very spacious entrance to the house, with bench to change comfortably.
Pets are not allowed.
Arrival and departure times: depending on availability and upon request, you can move into our apartment earlier or later.
