A beautifully furnished and exceptionally tasteful house awaits you, offering exceptional comfort. It enjoys a quiet location on a one-way street with no through traffic. There are three terraces, one of which is a large one on the first floor. From here, you have a magnificent view of the sea. Sometimes you can even hear the gentle sound of the surf. If it gets a bit chilly, you can cozy up in the integrated conservatory. From there, you can access the lower terrace and the garden with its barbecue area.

The bright ground floor comprises a shower room, a bedroom, and a living area with a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar. Ample dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are provided. A large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, four-burner cooktop, espresso machine, and coffee maker are all included. A washing machine is also available for a fee. Guests who enjoy cooking will greatly appreciate our spacious and well-equipped kitchen.


The kitchen is bright and airy. The integrated conservatory features a large dining table with six chairs. The sofa in the living area converts into a bed for two people (150 x 190 cm).

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed (each 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. On the first floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with direct access to the roof terrace. The master bedroom has a comfortable 1.80 x 2 m box-spring bed with separate mattresses. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom includes a separate toilet with a sink. The children's bedroom has a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces (each 80 x 180 cm).

The house comfortably accommodates up to four people, but can have a maximum capacity of six. The entire house has tiled or laminate flooring.
