This beach vacation rental is located on the 1st and top floor (without elevator) and consists of a living room with a television (subject to good reception) and a non-convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area, a first bedroom with a double bed opening onto a balcony, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with toilet.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
Sheets and towels are not provided; they can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.

Le séjour s'est bien passé , belle région , location auprès de la mer, sauf l'état des lieux lam...

Le séjour s'est bien passé , sauf que à notre arrivée le 22 juin 24 au 4 rue des Goélettes à St Pierre la Mer , plein de surprises , à cause d'une agence Foncia qui n'a pas effectué son travail , mais nous avons envoyé des photos avec rapport de l'état des lieux à Poplidays et à l'agence Foncia de St Pierre la Mer . Poplidays s'est bien occupé de nous , est resté à notre écoute à tous moments , quant à l'agence locale Foncia 2 , se décidait d'envoyer une équipe de nettoyage 2 JOURS APRES NOTRE ARRIVEE , le nettoyage nous même nous l'avons fait , alors que j'avais expliqué le problème au téléphone quelques minutes après notre arrivée , la pomme de douche par exemple qui nettoyait comme un nettoyeur haute pression , est resté la semaine alors que le lundi matin Foncia je leur REsignalais le problème .... Bref nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré ce désordre , et nous pensons que l'année prochaine , nous irons du côté de Biarritz en passant par Poplidays ....
