Great hotel but arrogant staff

Great beat idyl and central hotel but somewhat in personal when arriving. Professional yes, but not welcoming. Defineteky felt like a hotel, but not a Home away from Home due to aloof, business as usual treatment of staff up on arrival!

Das Zimmer war sehr laut, Ausschlafen war nicht möglich, Die Eingangstür zu den Gebäude schließt sehr laut, dazu kommt das der zugang zur Garage auch sehr laut schließt und mein Zimmer den ganzen Lärm abbekommen hat, für diesen Preis geht das gar nicht und somit keine Wiederholung. Vg T.

Dejligt hotel

Dejligt hotel med perfekt service. God beliggenhed. Vi manglede mulighed for at kunne koge vand til en kop kaffe/te på værelset. Det var sparet væk oplyste receptionen os. Dårlig beslutning, da vi i den grad manglede at sidde morgen og aften på den skønne terrasse med en kop. Husk at tage din elkedel med, hvis du skal besøge Hotel Hafen, for det er absolut et besøg værd.
