"The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. "

"Although my wife and I had terrible problems getting to the hotel, but it was worth it for the amazing views we had once we got there. We arrived by train at Bubikon, and had hoped there would be a bus that would take us up to the hotel, but they only went half way. A taxi would have been very expensive, but, fortunately a very kind lady offered to drive us up to the hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very kind, happy and helpful, and the food was superb. We only stayed one night but were very happy with our stay. We did get a taxi back down to the train station when we left, and were charged 56ch. We thought this was very expensive for a relatively short journey that took much longer than it should have. "I love this hotel for the grand historic building, the spacious rooms and the fantastic lake views. Lakeside lunch is great, bar good, dinner somewhat limited. Easy walk to many dining options in town."

"Large top floor room with views of lake! Hotel directly across from train station, very convenient! We were there during a Harbour festival so was loud with windows open, but the band was great 😉! Great location for exploring Konstanz, tons of places to shop and eat and drink! Above a McDonald's so....late night snacking made easy! Front desk only avaliable until 9pm. They do have self check in for later than those hours."
