"If you are looking for a place to stay in Anchorage, look no further. It is everything you need and more. The photos are accurate and the accommodations have been well maintained. It is outside of downtown Anchorage in the Rabbit Creek area and is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, Walmart / Fred Meyer (Kroger), and gas stations via the Seward Highway. If you like wildlife viewing, this accommodation is only .8 mile from the Potter Marsh Viewing Boardwalk, which has shore birds, eagles, and the possibility of seeing bears and moose. We made daily visits with our cameras thanks to this location and long hours of daylight in August. We met and spoke with the owner on our second day there. Be aware of the potholes on the road and we had a bear that visited during the night and turned the bear proof garbage can over on two different occasions; so there is a need to be bear aware and not leave any food in the vehicle or outside. I would highly recommend this accommodation and we would definitely book again if we were visiting the Anchorage area."

"Everything was perfect. Clean beautiful property. Location was excellent to everything. It fit our needs to the utmost. Highly highly recommend. Just one thing. A lot of steps especially for some seniors or if u have problems climbing stairs. I didn’t see it listed in the listing unless I’m wrong. Beside that is is wonderful."

"Overall a great place to stay at with multiple people. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies, lots of blankets and pillows, and a great deck to sit out on. We would definently stay again. Also, communication was fast when we had a question or problem."
