The staff were courteous, respectful, and always friendly. The manager even checked in on us personally, which made us feel really valued. We were traveling with a physically challenged adult and had no trouble getting around with a wheelchair, even though some minor renovations were taking place. All in all, a very comfortable and welcoming family stay. We would certainly recommend this hotel. "
