She made our stay outstanding with recommendations for the best restaurant. Brought a lovely birthday gift for my daughter when I mentioned it was her birthday- brought a fan for the upstairs loft at a moment’s notice. She was so, so lovely. Hotel is very convenient for the ferry over to St Tropéz (Chérine provided the schedule and easy instructions). Le Suffren is a great hotel made perfect by the service we experienced. Amenities in the room were new and perfect for an easy stay- great a/c as well!"

"We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better. "Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."
