"We rented this VRBO for a work function in Madison, SD. We did not intend on being there a lot, but needed a place for myself and three coworkers to stay, as the hotels were sold out. The house had not been cleaned in a very long time. The master bath was filthy, microwave was dirty with food particles stuck to the sides, and there were dirty Kleenex in the sheets. "We stayed here for 4 nights in March while attending a wedding. We had 5 adults and had plenty of room! The home was clean, spacious, modern and beautiful! The heated garage was very nice. We loved our time here and cannot recommend enough to stay here if you need a place to stay in the Brookings area. "

"This was by far one of the best motels we have stayed at in a long time. The reviews were excellent, so we booked our stay. We have been on many road trips and stay at many places, we rely on reviews. This review of excellence, is very well deserved. Clean, welcoming, everything was just like you were being welcomed into a friend's home. The doors of the rooms that were bookedndor the night were open and had a doorstop, this just felt like they wanred everyone to feel welcome. Simply beyond what we are used to experiencing. Most people don't give honest reviews."
