"Clean and beautiful house with a very nice pool and a wonderful view to the bay. Owner is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The only thing one should be aware of is that the main Montauk road runs right in front of the house, so you will hear noise from cars. However the landscaping blocks any view of the cars and this really wasnt an issue for us. Overall a really great stay, and I cant say enough good things about the owners bending over backwards for us...

"The owners are amazing people and I'd stay again in a heartbeat. They left provisions in the refrigerator, a lovely snack basket that came in handy as I was hungry at different times of the day and did not have transport readily available to go to the store. They even offered to purchase some items for the refrigerator before I arrived. The place is immaculate, so clean and I'm a public health nurse so for me, cleanliness and hygiene is paramount. Located on a quiet street of well-maintained homes, and with parking right outside, it was a short 1-1/2 block walk to all the shops, restaurants, ferry, docks, etc. The apt is small, but clean and tidy, sun-filled and air-conditioned. We loved staying here and will again in the future."
