Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub. "5-Star Stay at Leonardo Hotel Watford! I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford! "

"Great hotel, short walk to wembley. We had a road facing room, nice little balcony, hardly any noise from the road. Everything was clean. Tea selection in the room was really good. There is a £50 deposit which is taken on check in and returned the same day you check out. "
