"El personal súper amable solo se nota súper descuidado el hotel, y que mal porque tiene mucho potencial ese hotel. Yo amaba ir ahí pero así como está de descuidado no regresaría."

"Ok"

"This hotel is very underrated and it was amazing! I would stay here everytime I go back to puerto Vallarta."

"Todo bien sin ser excelente, con buena relación calidad precio"

"5Frogs is a wonderful place to stay. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable furnishings, and two pools. Only a short walk to a great beach. The staff is fantastic. David the Bullfrog manger ensures you have a great stay. Oscar the bar tender and entertainment director is always a pleasure to visit with. Kim, is a great new addition since my last stay. Housekeeping is always on top of keeping the rooms perfect. I can’t wait to return."

"Muy buen hotel súper recomendable"

"The front desk staff was rude, and the servers weren't attentive. The food was mediocre and the pool had an awful smell. The property was beautiful but the rooms were small and the AC would only go to 77 degrees."

"Excellent customer service"

"Es el hotel de más alta gama realmente en todo"

"Great location to the airport. Also, the marina is in walking distance and you can get a great meal there. The bfast is great and the ac worked well"

"Everything was very clean. Staff very friendly and breakfast had plenty of options. The hotel felt very safe, you even needed to use your room key card to get onto your floor after getting off the elevator. My husband used the gym and said it was nice. Also stores, restaurants and pharmacy very close."
