We spent 8 relaxing days in this home, which was immaculate and spacious. The neighborhood was great, with green space and a place for dogs. The bedrooms were especially comfie, with a king bed, queen bed, bunks for 4 children and a pullout sofa in the den. The location was great - close to some grocery stores and restaurants, and near I40 to access other parts of Flagstaff.

We had a great stay at this house! The layout was perfect for a family with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The bunk bed room was perfect for kids! All the beds were very comfortable as well! The cleaning crew must have forgotten to do the floors because every time we dropped something and picked it up, pet hair came up with it. We did not get check in instructions until I messaged and emailed the owner and did not hear back when I inquired about the fireplace not working. Even with all that we would still stay here again as it’s a great house in a great location!

We had a great stay for NAU graduation. The house was perfect for 6 adults-and could’ve fit 4 kids easily! Kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. Beds were comfy. Outside space was inviting and comfortable. Location was great-10 mins to campus. We have already recommended this house to friends and will share it with the NAU parents group and hope to stay here again! Host communication was excellent-confirmed reservation and sent check in information way ahead of our stay. We had access to the two car garage Large neighborhood park across the street. Quiet neighborhood. We had a great weekend!

Nice, newer home in a great neighborhood! Three bedrooms and enough space to hang out and enjoy. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary pots and pans to cook up a meal. Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen so you can bring your pods from home. We were able to bring our dog and take nice walks in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is great for walks with sidewalks and park areas for kids and dogs. The owner is easy to work with and fast response times if you have questions. Enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The master bedroom is large with a very comfortable mattress. Each room had ceiling fans. The tall ceilings help make it feel very spacious. The master bedroom closet was locked for the owner's personal stuff (which I totally understand), but the lack of space for hanging my clothes and putting things away was a drawback. We did a lot of cooking. There were lots of pots and pans in the kitchen, however, a little limited on cooking utensils (did have to buy a potato masher & donated it to the house). If you like spices, I'd recommend bringing your own. There are some limited spices, like salt and pepper. We also had to buy our own aluminum foil, plastic bags and provide our own tupperware containers. But this is really only an issue if you are doing a lot of cooking. The office space was great for working as I had to do one day. Overall, we had a great stay.

I love newer homes and this one was so cute! We had 2 people working remotely while we were there. That worked well with one in the den (4th bedroom) and one in the master bedroom (usually on the balcony after cleaning up the outside table). We thought 2 downstairs would work because of the den being a separate room but the doors were not much of a sound barrier. Also no curtains on the glass doors so not much privacy if using as a bedroom. But the desk was nice and the accessories were a bonus!
Other pluses:
The master bedroom bed was super comfortable! Nice bed linens. Great neighborhood to walk in. Large dog park right behind house. Large garage with remote to park and store stuff. Front porch was lovely for sitting in the evening!
Bummers: The barbeque was very dirty so we decided not to use it. No towels in the kitchen. We moved a hand towel in there to cut down on paper towel use.
Overall great week. Wish I owned this home!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property for a weekend getaway to Flagstaff. It is in a great location, close to downtown Flagstaff but in a very quiet residential area. We enjoyed all of the amenities and will definitely be back again!

My family loved this property. It was comfortable and just right for our family of six. The owner thought of a lot of little touches to make our stay enjoyable. It’s roughly a mile from a grocery store, which was great. We definitely recommend this property. Great communication too with the owner.

Family stayed there for wedding. Great location just east of town. Owner was very receptive to any concerns, which were minimal. Great view of San Francisco peaks from the front window and porch. Easy drive to restaurants and groceries. Overall very clean and had most everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Where should I begin? We had been up since 3 a.m.., traveling to this destination. We arrived in Flagstaff, around 5 that night. We found the house that was listed on the Vrbo site, house number and street. We could not get into the house, the code was not working. After trying numerous times, I called Jeff, the host, only to connect with voicemail. I left him a message asking him to call me asap. In the meantime, one of my group realizes that the house we are attempting to get in does not match the picture listed on Vrbo. Thank goodness no one around us called the police. I call Jeff two more times with no answer, just voicemail. Now getting frustrated, I reach out to Vrbo support. They ask me to send a picture of the house with the address we were given. . I do so. ;(I never hear from support again). My daughter decides to text the number I had been given. Imagine our surprise when Jeff calls my daughtr, on a different number. He says that he doesn’t understand why we weren’t given the correct address. Isn’t that his responsibility.? We finally find the correct house. It is a nice house in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was adequate, there were basic pantry items, and there are not near enough eating utensils for even 8 people. We were given exactly 8 towels, for 8 people. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. On our second to the last day we were there, I was sitting in the extra room downstairs reading when a mouse scurried across the floor. Seriously. The house was in a good location, easily accessible to all things touristy and shopping. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the cool, early mornings, enjoying the fall colors. Would I rent this house again? Nope, not ever.

We loved our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. I fell in love with the shower in the master bath!!! Our wonderful host Jeffrey was quickly responsive to a couple of questions I had prior to our stay. This house gave our family and friends a place to create wonderful new memories in. It was worth every penny!

Place was clean and very pretty. It was nice to have the garage remote. Very quiet community.
There were a few things that were less desired and they are things that you don't realize till you don't have them, how you wish you had. We got there in the evening, there were zero lights on outside or inside and thick ice and snow on the steps that clearly had been there a long time, hard to put in the code in the dark. We found no oven mitts or Kitchen towels making it hard for cleaning and cooking. They say they are taking the linens off sight for cleaning, with extra cost but the large walk in closet (that appeared it should have been locked) had wet sheets and towels draped all over it, on the floor too when we got there. This would be why towels are a bit crisp when you touch them. We were worried the washer and drier were broke but they worked fine. I am sure cleaning staff only have so much time to wait for things to dry but yuck to see the clean sheets on the floor where drying is not optimal. There is not enough towels to use while there if you have many people. There was not enough utensils either for our group of 6. I had mixed feelings about this place. The home overall suited our needs but there were deffinately things that could have made it easier.

Great property - clean, newer, nice, reasonably well appointed. Very nice, quiet neighborhood close to town. Just an easy place to stay and a very relaxing way to visit Flagstaff. Highly recommended, and would definitely choose this property again next time we come to town.

This was a very nice and clean property that was located just minutes from downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. There are several dog runs in the neighborhood that made it easy to exercise our dog. The use of the garage was perfect for the 8 inches of snow we received. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks — part vacation and part work. The house is set up perfectly for remote work with strong internet. We had our 2 dogs with us and there are dog parks everywhere, including right behind the house. The location is close to downtown, and easy access to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Cottonwood, and Page. The view from the front porch isn’t so bad either. Highly recommend this property.
