Welcome to Quail Pack North — a luxurious retreat nestled among the majestic Ponderosa Pines. This spacious, three-level home offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience. Ideally located just 40 minutes from the red rocks of Sedona, 5 minutes from the University of Arizona, and only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, it’s the perfect base for your Northern Arizona adventures.

Surrounded by Nature, nearly every window frames serene views of towering pine trees, and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot “Chip and Dale,” the two playful, pointy-eared squirrels who frequent the trees just outside. The neighborhood, aptly named Ponderosa Trails, is laced with scenic walking and running paths and features a park and playground for kids. Just minutes away, Lake Mary Road leads to both Lake Mary and Mormon Lake—popular spots for outdoor recreation and a favorite route for cyclists and runners alike.

Spacious and Comfortable Living

Great large home with outdoor space

We had a great time here with our family and friends, in town for our wedding. We wanted a house that had "grown up" beds in every room and plenty of space for everyone to relax, and this is it. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well maintained. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable for our large group including 2 children. The outdoor area was very nice but unfortunately Flagstaff weather kept us from utilizing it. Aliesha was very responsive and helpful. This house was so comfortable, every amenity you could possibly need with a full stocked kitchen. We had a large family get together here and enough space for everyone to spread out. Great Three Week Stay

The house has been recently redecorated and was very clean. The house supplies were exceptionally well stocked. The home is in the midst of the Flagstaff Urban Trails. Great for a walk, run or bike ride!
