This one-bedroom condo in the Country Club is the perfect little escape! The condo is about 620 sq ft. Has a queen bed in the private bedroom. This home is perfect for a couples getaway. Includes full kitchen & dining area, WiFi, washer/dryer & private deck with BBQ off the living room. You'll love watching the deer visit every morning and evening!

Close to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, skiing, golf, hiking, biking, shopping, dining.The condo is ideally situated near I-40 and 17 with easy access to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, Petrified Forest.

For stays of 7 days or longer, this condo is part of the Continental Country Club that offers golf, tennis, pool access, fitness center and the Bear Paw Recreational Center. Country Club amenities are available at an additional cost for stays of 7 days or longer.
Please note, this is a unit on the ground floor below another unit occupied by tenants. There is a half flight of stairs leading down into the condo.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.
