Top Flagstaff Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Place Flagstaff
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were very nice and clean. Great location."
Sleep Inn Flagstaff
8/10 Good
"Everything was pretty much as expected and the room had all the standard amenities, including an iron, coffee maker and a large, comfortable bed. The breakfasts, however, were rather average. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the payment. I wanted to pay with a different card from the one I had originally provided. Although the payment was successfully made with the new card, the same amount was also charged to the card I had previously provided. The receptionist did not acknowledge that this had happened and simply denied the issue, printed the receipt and left it at that. I can only hope that the duplicate charge will be refunded within the next few days, but I found the way this was handled highly unprofessional. The swimming pool is indoors, which is a shame. Given the climate, it would have been much nicer to have an outdoor pool. Housekeeping was only provided upon specific request at reception, which was also a little disappointing. Another downside was the lack of a proper outdoor seating area. There was a small space near the parking lot, with even a place for grilling, but only one table, which was constantly occupied. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are several areas where the hotel could definitely improve, particularly when it comes to handling payment issues and providing better outdoor facilities."

Home2 Suites By Hilton Flagstaff

"We really like staying here and appreciate the cleanliness however, I wish dogs were not allowed in the breakfast food area. That was a little too much having to step around the dogs while trying to reach the pans."
Americana Motor Hotel in Flagstaff near NAU/Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this place five stars. The price was very reasonable, especially considering everything that was included. The décor and atmosphere were probably my favorite parts. The property has a really fun retro feel and a lot of personality, while still being extremely clean and well maintained. Mara at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning crew was just as pleasant. Great customer service all around. There are also a lot of thoughtful extras: free breakfast and coffee, games and board games, complimentary bikes, a fireplace and pool, and even a choice of complimentary bottled water or a local beer for each guest. Those little touches really added to the experience. A few things could be improved. I would love to see a few more continental-style options added to the breakfast. The refrigerator in the room is extremely small. Also, the road entrance to the property could be easier to navigate, as there isn’t a dedicated left or right lane. As a professional photographer, I especially loved the property’s retro design. I took a few quick photos of the exterior during our stay, and the whole place immediately made me think how much fun it would be to come back someday and create a full 1970s-themed photoshoot here. I’m posting three of the quick images I captured during our stay. Photos © Hollywood Photo Studios, Phoenix, Arizona. All rights reserved."
