"We were disappointed that the pool was not open nor the sauna. Both were being repaired as we were told after we had checked in. I am generally understanding of these types of repairs. However there were no advanced notifications that I was aware of nor was anything said by onsite staff upon check-in. I can only imagine how disappointed a family with children vacationing might have been in the same scenario."

"This Comfort Inn is a gem in Flagstaff...it's gives you the feel places I've visited duringy time in Alaska. Room was clean, property is well maintained, breakfast was hot & plentiful. Overall this a very cool spot and I'd definitely stay again if I get back to Flagstaff"

"I had a king size bed, and was very pleasantly surprised to get a suite! There was so much room - a place to read, watch TV, kitchen sink with fridge and microwave, then restroom AND a separate room (closing door) with the bed AND another TV. Very comfortable. Amazing view from the "balcony""

"Check in a breeze. Cindi, the manager, is patient and helps everyone. Breakfast staff are constantly working to make breakfast as easy as possible in a clean environment. The pool and hottub were clean. Beds comfortable. My family chose this hotel for its ease to NAU and other area attractions."
