We go up to Snowbowl frequently and this has been one of our favorite vacation homes we’ve stayed at for skiing. The home was so cozy and clean and had everything we needed. We loved having two dining tables since we used one for puzzling! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated with all of the amenities you would ever need for a comfortable stay. The owner Aaron responded quickly to all of my questions and even left a personalized "thank you" bottle of wine.

Perfect location, close to local ski resort which we loved. Came home after a long day to a very clean, warm and inviting home. Our kids loved the games and the large kitchen table was great for gathering and meals. Kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar was much appreciated. Would stay here again.

We came from Sac to attend my grandsons wedding. It was close to the church which was great. Used the kitchen to help prepare food for rehersal dinner. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and easy shopping. Beautiful home. Only negative was the stairs. Im 80 years old other than that perfect. Thank you

Hi, This house was perfect! Open floor on the main floor, with plenty of room to accommodate family members of all ages. I'm familiar with Flag, and this location was perfect for this trip, on the West side of town. Close to NAU and downtown nightlife. Neighborhood was quiet and the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. There were even sleds in the closet, if the conditions were different. We had two small dogs, and they didn't take up much space, but glad we could bring them along. Thanks Aaron!

Thank you, Aaron, for making my holiday stay with my friends & my pets so memorable! I have stayed at vacation rentals from coast to coast & in Europe & your home is at the top of my list of places to return to as soon as possible. You have furnished the house with such warm features, & with every detail just so perfect. The kind of care & ameneities one would expect most owners would reserve for their primary residence, you share with your house guests. We all loved your comfy home, the amazing back yard & the charming neighborhood. We were lucky enough to have the white Christmas we hoped for. Thank you for sending the snow shovelers, such an unexpected touch on Christmas morning, especially. If anyone is considering visiting Aaron's home, then I strongly suggest making your reservation now. I can not say enough good things about how comfortable & well appointed this home is! Plus it is truly Pet Friendly. Your 4 legged friends will enjoy the french doors that open into the most charming courtyard & garden, storybook perfect with the snow falling on the huge blue spruce. And the neighbors were so pleasant as the dogs took their walks, may introduced themselves & one even brought over beautiful, european holiday cookies. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet within 15 minutes or so of many desirable destinations & conveniences. I did not realize just how pet friendly downtown Flagstaff is, even during the snowy New Year's Eve pine cone drop & for shopping on New Year's Day too! We were even able to arrange in-home massage therapy! Aaron is truly a gracious host. Due to weather predicted, he opened the home to us early so we could travel safely & get situated before the 14.7 inches of snow arrived. He had a beautiful Christmas tree lit & carols playing when we entered. It was an amazing first impression! He is the kind of vacation rental home owner that does just the "right" amount of everything! He was always just a text or call away if I had a question, was quick to offer recommendations anticipating any need that might arise & checked in on us when the weather moved through to see if we needed anything. He even extended a late checkout on the day after new year's day which really helped, though it was still difficult to leave this magical setting. I know I'm probably missing key aspects that I want to feature but I'm almost out of 'characters allowed'. Thank you very much, Aaron, I'll be back! Janet

This was the perfect spot for our family trip. The kids and adults loved it. They have all the amenities and keep the propriety super clean and well organized. The backyard is a bonus for the kids to run around. Love the location. Close to amazing restaurants and scenery. We would definitely stay here again.

The downstairs was roomy and comfortable. Upstairs bedrooms were also very nice, with the front one having a view of the mountains. We sat out back at the table in the evening and with coffee in the morning. Nice area for us to set up our corn hole game. Bike path nearby and a nice neighborhood to bike in. Hiking trails on other side of the 180 (4 minutes away) and also near Snowbowl - both short drives. Note that garage was not available for bikes.
