"This was an absolutely fantastic spot. We had great communication from the owner, excellent location (you have no neighbors to worry about, just trains) and a spectacular unit. You will hear trains, that is an unavoidable truth. I would take the train noise any day if it meant staying here again. As far as I’m concerned this is the standard I’ll be weighing my future accommodations against, end of story."

"The location was good for us as we went to the Grand Canyon 1 day and spent 1 day in Flagstaff. The other days we drove to Sedona to hike. The drive is beautiful but about an hour to most trail heads. Condo is very quiet. It was advertised to have a hot tub but it does not."

"We stayed at this lovely home in Flagstaff and made it our home base for trips to the Grand Canyon, Verde Valley and Sedona. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us to stretch out and have our own space. Our host Mason, was very communicative with us and sent reminders about taking out trash and check out instructions."
