Designed to accommodate up to 5 guests per unit, and 10 when booked together, these modern retreats provide breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the second floor. Built in 2023, our apartments exude stylish elegance and boast high-end finishes that guarantee comfort and convenience. You’ll find yourself just steps away from the beach, popular restaurants, and vibrant local bars, striking the perfect balance between relaxation and excitement.

As you ascend to the second floor, you'll be welcomed by a spacious balcony deck where you can soak in the stunning ocean views. The cozy family room is designed for your complete entertainment needs, equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. The second guest bedroom comes with a full-size bed in Unit A and a queen-size bed in Unit B, sharing a second stylish bathroom with the den, suitable for 1-2 guests or as a luxurious office.

Guest Access:
Free parking in the front or rear side of the building. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
