With an open floor plan, the main living areas are located on the 2nd floor, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere perfect for entertaining family and friends.

The home features a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. The dining room, living room, and family room all open to a large deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. A private walkover leads to the secluded Flagler Beach, ensuring easy access to sun and surf.

Guest Access:

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
