"Great breakfast, very nice staff. I got over to the tourist area on the other side of the river & I was so much happier to stay near the citadel. Lots of good food & coffee nearby, but it’s a nice quiet neighborhood"

"We were greeted and our bed preferences were accommodated quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had booked a private driver through Viator who no-showed; Nhien at the front desk helped us book a last-minute private driver through the hotel instead. Zero credit card fees. Pickup within minutes! The bellboys were also extremely helpful - one lent me his phone to try to call the no-show driver. He also helped us book a Grab to the Citadel the following day. We have no complaints. This establishment really goes above & beyond. We highly recommend!"

"Well located to the old city and the market. Outside the busy tourist area - so quieter however fewer choices for eating. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine (eggs, fruit, bahn, coffee). Rooms were clean, well sized and air con worked well. No complaints at all!"
