"Lovely place, unstaffed but easy access. Only issue was it was very hot even with a fan on a day that was 20 degrees C outside, so would be unbearable in the height of summer. Fan was in the room, but didn’t do much. Open windows wouldn’t have helped due to road noise. "

"4.5 stars. Minus a half star purely for room size and lack of shelf space in bathroom. If I’d been alone it would’ve been perfect but for two people it was a little small and trying to maneuver around one another was a bit silly. Bathroom size was great tho- would just be lovely to add some shelves for places to set cosmetics bag on, etc. there was definitely room for a couple shelves. Staff was friendly, bed was wonderful, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. "

"This is a beautiful property within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon. Our room had a stunning view, was beautifully furnished with a super comfy bed and included a fridge with water and milk, and tea and coffee making facilities. "Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...
