It is quiet and felt safe, though the 4 locks on the door gave me pause. The linens and bed were comfortable, and the towels were thick and nice. The pillows are a little flat for some people. "Hubert is quiet, but upon meeting him he was friendly and he had everything at the apartment prepared perfectly! The property is roomy for 1 and could easily sleep 4 with the two lofts. "Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended.
