"Easiest check in with codes sent to your phone or email. Internet was good, streaming and casting from phone to TV. The fact that there was a washer and dryer was a blessing, you can only do small loads, but I'll take anything when traveling with a small child. Kitchen was well stocked and all in all so comfortable and cozy. The location is so central and one block from the main shopping strip and restaurants nearby. Parking was fine, there's a garage around the corner by the Pub (Smutthullet)...

"Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon and it lived up to our expectations. The apartment was great with lots of amazing views and was only a short walk to the city centre. We had a late flight back so was able to store our luggage safety too. We will definitely visit again and we can not wait. "

"Wonderful little three bedroom apartment. Simply furnished but spacious open plan layout. Very functional and great easy communication with our hosts!! My only disappointment was we had to make our own beds but perhaps that is standard in Norway??? Absolutely loved this town filled with history, beautiful scenery, endless lovely coffee shops, and such friendly welcoming people!!! Thank you Bergen and our hosts!!!"

"Avoid if possible! Very good location and it ends here! Very poor and rude customer service and apartment lacking basic amenities So first of all booked Ocean view apartment and they decided to change it and give me City view apartment, there pretty noisy; it’s sad that Expedia ke giving this option and customer service says it’s upto then who will get it! So basically you pay for something and still they will decide if you get that view or not! Well, that’s where my story don’t end- COLD WATER...

"The family enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was OK. One thing I did not like was was communicating through Expedia. Expedia app is not convenient to use for communicating with the property, and the app also prevented exchange of email addresses (which would have been much more convenient once we were on the road and working from mobile phones). "This was a Gem! We had a 2 bedroom on the top floor. It was So cozy and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and decorated. There was a kitchenette, which we used to cook fresh fish that we bought at the Fisketorget on the harbor. Amazing fresh fish. The washer/dryer combo was nice but,needs a set of instructions. We had a hard time getting it to dry. Very clean and comfy place to stay. Highly recommend!! Location was perfect. Nestled right in the heart of the town center near the harbor. ...

"The biggest problem was the communication with the owner of appartments. They mentioned a whattsapp number for any question or issues while they have not checked it for a couple of dats at all. Also, I have contacted this number oit of whatsapp due to the popr internet coonnection and they did not answered it at all. The bed in the second floor in our room has been built in a non professional way and was not accessible in an easy way. There was a long electricity wire on the top of the stairs...
