"Overall, great historic hotel that has recently gone through a major restoration and upgrades. Great romantic atmosphere, beautiful architecture and decor, perfect location, close to both the harbor and the old city. Central station and diverse shopping and dining options nearby. My room was very tiny and I would prefer a more practical VIP gift than a huge bottle 🍾 of bubbly for a solo traveler. Breakfast is available and good but overpriced."

"Really appreciated the lockers. Beautiful common areas. Serviceable breakfast. Many USB ports in the pods did not work. If I book again I would prefer an all-female dorm, many of the male guests felt too comfortable walking to the toilets in only underwear."

"Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. "We arrived in the rain at the train station, from which it was an easy —and dry—walk through Bruun's Galleri, where we later got a meal. The room was tiny, but had everything we needed, including a view toward the harbor. The simple breakfast was great, except the juices."

"The hotel is next to the train station and many different restaurants. It was so convenient. Hotel was clean, and staff were friendly and kind. We felt welcome. The triple room was clean and comfortable. Except the bathtub is little unsafe for oldies like us. Since the water wet the floor from taking the shower and felt unsafe to get out from the tub. "
