, cold plunge, and the sauna. We borrowed some robes which made the whole experience really nice. The staff lit a large candle for us and brought out water. We even saw a massive show of the northern lights right over the hotel two times! The bedding wasn’t the most comfortable but the room was lovely, lots of space, and had a smart TV to watch Netflix. "Eric at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi and sauna are a good addition. It has a cost but worth it after long hours of driving. I would recommend the place. Basic room, no tea or coffee in the room which would have been nice. There is a kettle though. Just plan ahead. Overall a good experience."

"We stayed in 6 different places while in Iceland. This place tied for first! We had 3 bedrooms! We enjoyed the extra space. It included a refrigerator, microwave, stove. We cooked pasta there. They had a free breakfast each morning that included rolls, jam, fresh cucumbers, Tomatoes, baked beans. Hard boiled eggs. It also included use of the pool which was about a 3 min walk away with 2 hot tubs and slides(we did not try those). "
