"We just got back from our stay at Dream Villas Provo! We loved it. We stayed in unit 3B and it was on the second floor with a roof top splash pool. The unit was cozy and perfect for two people! We spent most of our time in the splash pool! We saw turtles from our balcony and the horses go by a couple times a day! "I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help.
