In order to use kettle provided it was necessary to move it from the desk where it was located to another area and then unplug the clock that was there to provide a plug for the kettle. "What a lovely surprise Panoramic Hotel was, from the friendly welcome, to the in room chocolates, to the flip flops for the pool. The room was lovely with a nice balcony and a spectacular view of Islabella. The breakfast was fantastic. Fluffy pancakes, fresh honeycomb, sweet pastries and so much more served in the terrace with views of the bay. We had lunch there one day as well and the food was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. The pool also had beautiful views. If you’re adventurous the steps to the top to the main town centre and ancient Theater are a challenge, or take the cable car instead. We highly recommend this hotel. "
