"Room was very clean, staff was always nice and helpful. We had a room with no noise at all (I read some reviews saying you could hear the tube, but our room was completely quiet). The only thing I want to say is -no negative but just to make people aware- this is not a hotel for everyone, the rooms are very small and minimalist so you can’t bring a lot of luggage, cause there’s no room to put them. If you’re by yourself with a piece of luggage you’ll be fine, but a couple with 4 pieces will struggle a bit (however we were able to manage lol). Also note there are no hairdryers in the rooms, you’d have to go next to the lobby for the beauty room where you can style your hair, I personally loved the hotel and the location couldn’t be better, but like I said I don’t think it’s for everyone, so keep that in mind if you’re travelling with a lot of luggage. I’d def stay here again, cause location is 10/10 and room was very clean with a very wide cozy bed."

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Great location, easy to get to from Gt Portland Street tube station, easy walk to Oxford Street and the Zoo. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable, air con was welcome and it was quiet too. Breakfast had a good selection. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Online check in/out was easy, I appreciated the text messages with additional info. TV could do with a channel list, which seems to have been disabled, but we were able to use our Netflix account on there anyway, quite liked that it logged out of the account when you switched the TV off."

"The staff gave a very warm welcome. I appreciated the offer of a late check out as they were unable to offer an upgrade- incredibly thoughtful. My request for a ground floor room was accommodated and much appreciated given my heavy cases. Breakfast included is a rare occurrence in London and the small but fresh continental selection set me up well. Great value hotel in a good location."

"The rooms were very large and very quiet. The location is very convenient to all the sights The hotel gifted us a bottle of champagne and a delightful dessert knowing we were in London celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Thank you for making our stay memorable."
