"Great place to stay for easy access to town and the beach by foot. A public acess trail runs from the end of the street, straiught to the beach (IE.; 100M access).AC in both bedrooms, and a ceiling fan in the living room. An upright portable fan is also upstairs to use when in the kitchen/dining area as needed.Some windows and the sliding doors do NOT have screens at this time, which limited "opening up the house" during the evenings to cool things down a bit outside of the two bedrooms (they have AC).This home appears to be going thru some ongoing upgrades, and has the potential to be a tremendous property if and when they roof top area is completed for gathering/ reading/viewing/sunning, completion of the screening in of the windows, etc... The balcony was great for morning coffee, the grounds around the house were green and lovely, bringing in plenty of birds to watch and feed bread crumbs to.Ample parking for our rental car, with gated access that at the moment in manually operated, but appears to be getting wired for future remote automation? Neighborhood was very friendly, and safe. Easy walk with our luggage from the ferry dock on the main road system, and an even easier walk back into town taking the "beach access path" and turning left until you quickly reach the Yacht Club Bar/Resturant (and the edge of "Main Street" after a short stroll.Well equipped kitchen.All the appliances worked well (but you must plan time for hang dry washed clothes)."

"Overall, the cleanest, most comfortable and beautiful house interior - everything you need and more, such as coffee, sugar, milk frother, fresh fruit, AC, leftover cooking staples from prior guests in the perfect kitchen - all with thoughtful attention and spotless cleanliness. 5 Stars overall and cannot recommend enough, if interior comfort is priority. Location wise, the access to kayaks for a 20min row to Hana Iti was an incredible highlight, and Fare is a 13 min drive. I do need to offer that the location itself is not as private nor quiet as expected (friendly but close neighbors on both sides that are not pictured, with house construction on one side as of April 2026), so suggest contacting the wonderful host to ask about construction progress, if noise might be an issue."

"Everything about this property was perfect. Location was the best place on the island in terms of beach, groceries, airport and restaurants. Host welcomed us by whatsapp as soon as our flight landed! This property had everything you could ever want or need. We were so happy with this property. It was "as advertised" and more! Highly recommend. "

"The hosts are the most delightful, helpful, friendly people! They have a deep appreciation for the land, water, and people of Huahine which was a special insight for us. Fantastic location, beautiful gardens, very comfortable house with all that’s really needed in an authentic island setting. "

"Excellent VRBO with relaxing veranda and enjoyable breezy view of tropical yard. Very quiet location. Nice central location to tour both Nui and Iti with our rental car. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Enjoyable “outdoor” showers. Nice to have cooler and beach blanket provided for a beach picnic. "
