CBN is distributed in 260 square meters in the interior and 300 meters of land with garden, swimming pool and parking. CBN is distributed in two floors. Once inside the building, on the main floor, the entrance hall gives access to a large and bright living room (70 square meters) with direct access to the pool and garden. On one side of the room, there is the dining area and, on the other, the living room with foosball, wii and TV. Next to the living room, there is a modern kitchen. And on the other side the master bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the garden and pool.

On the upper floor there are the other four bedrooms of the house. On one side, two bedrooms with access to a terrace of 30 square meters; from where you can enjoy formidable views of Fitero and Moncayo. In the other, two rooms, with a different concept: one of them, with the garden inside; the other, designed to relax and get away from the madding crowd.
