"From the moment we walked into our room I absolutely hated it. It had such a bad smell, room wasn’t clean. It’s very old and outdated and the beds are horrible. You can feel the springs in the mattress.. avoid this place!"

"the free wifi didn't work ! very frustrating...don't advertise free wifi when it doesn't work"

"I was incredibly surprised how good the room was for such a reasonable price. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and new at the time of our stay. We will be staying here again for our next stay in Ballarat."

"Property was pet friendly relaxed👍 we stayed in a cabin But..OMgoodness filthy, everything greasy plates glasses cutlery pots had to wash it all before using. Bathroom, toilet and shower leaked walls doors and corners dirty and mouldy and rotted. Under the bunk beds mouldy Aircon filters sooo dirty clogged the heater wasn’t working properly and when opened to access filter the front broke in pieces. Lounge was so broken couldn’t sit on it. The budget price helped in a tough stay situation and...

"鄰近疏芬山，我們在此住宿兩晚，房間內備品齊全、設施新穎，雖然無法烹飪但餐具都有。令人印象深刻的是好用的吹風機。在澳洲住了三家汽車旅館，這家是最棒的！值得推薦！"

"Could not fault this place at such a reasonable price. Clean, comfortable, well equiped and friendly Reception service. Very much looking forward to our next stay here."

"Great little stay for the night. Hot showers, warm heating, comfy beds and little extras like slipper and toothbrushes. Staff at check in very helpful."

"The property did not have Wi-Fi. I asked about this at the reception and they said they have it on repair request but unlikely it will be resolved before Christmas. I understand properties have to undergo maintenance, but there was no mention of this whatsoever during our booking, and I wanted to work remotely during our stay which was challenging without the Wi-Fi. Other than that, the rooms were quite clean, well maintained and the facilities were overall in good shape."

"Manager was super helpful with our two bikes. He took them to the storeroom every night and brought them out each morning. Really polite and helpful."

"Great staff clesn quite room"

"The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed. We would stay again."

"TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family."

"Beds weren’t super comfortable."
