"A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."

"The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back."

"We are a 70 year old couple so we are looking at this property from that perspective. We arrived after dark so navigating the dark parking lot and the 2 level concrete slab to gain access to the back door was challenging with luggage. It is an old home so the interior back stairs are winding and uneven. Did not love the memory foam mattresses, the frame for one bed was creaky and very much like a cot frame. There is a sign in the pantry that advises not plugging in more than 1 small appliance at...
