"The garden is fully enclosed with tall fences all around making it perfect for a stay with children and dogs and privacy in the hot tub. The cottage was spotless and felt like a home from home. The location was quiet and peaceful, a really short walk to the beach and a bus stop just outside tbe property going to ingoldmells and skegness"

"We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"

"Generally good accommodation and in good location although the house is a bit tired and in need of modernising/decoration. Generally clean and tidy, although not sure if it had a deep clean due to COVID-19. The hot water is far too hot and could result in burns, maybe reduce temperature or have a notice warning of very hot water"
