"Breakfast was disappointing, plenty of options but didn't look great. Housekeeping was great. Room was comfortable though a touch musty smelling."

"Nice rooms"

"We stayed here because of its convenient location near the business centre. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I found dozens of Q-tips and tissues that had not been cleaned up under the sofa bed. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent, but the housekeeping could definitely be improved."

"Very nice staff. The room wasn’t clean . Walked into someone else’s garbage. Used Coffee cup, toothpicks & used tissues. Gross. Breakfast wasn’t anything to look forward too. I’d look elsewhere."

"This property I’m sure at some point was an elevated stay experience. It lacks a lot of maintenance and cleanliness. The staff at the one restaurant could use some training is speed of service and accommodation."

"All around great place."

"Great stay. Even better staff"

"Comfortable clean room in a pleasant town."

"Clean room and building, very helpful staff, included breakfast was ok."

"Housekeeping Never made bed or changed sheets or cleaned commode in 7 night stay"

"Very clean and nice stuff, compare to other same class of hotels in the area"

"This is an apartment hotel which is great for a family traveling together because everyone can stay in the same unit. The place is large enough for 4 related people, with extra room for watching TV, doing work, etc. The place had clearly been remodeled recently. The lobby and breakfast area looked especially new. We found the location very convenient for attending an event at RIT, and the hotel was in close proximity to many restaurants, markets, and other services. Of course, this is a...

"Likes - suite size was wonderful with everything needed for meals and relaxing. One recommendation - better gluten free bakery options at the breakfast bar Ultimately - would stay again and recommend"

"The staff was by far the greatest aspect of this property. Friendly and helpful. I thought the breakfast was very tasty with a nice selection of food options. There's a few things the management needs to address. The second floor hallway had a really strong and unpleasant smell. It was like a combination of weed, cleaning products, and gym socks. Fortunately you couldn't smell it inside the room. There were multiple lights out in the parking lot. I felt that if I was being charged $10 a day to...
