. Lobby, corridors, Elevator, Room & Bathrooms are clean. Lots of food options with in walk-able distance. Just little far from Indy city or downtown."

"Minor detail but found a stain on bedspread and candy crumbs on the floor that ants were carrying away. But with that said "only minor stuff". The building was clean and well maintained. The elevator was none functional which made it difficult for my wife (post surgery) on crutches to climb stairs. "Sh!t happens and things breakdown" understandable. The staff was super friendly, room accommodating, pool decent and breakfast surprisingly tasty. "

"When I made the reservation, it did not tell me the Hotel was being remodeled From a quality Inn to a Baymont. There was no elevator and no mention of that on the reservation. It was a non-smoking facility but there was a smoke smell on the second floor from one of the rooms. The breakfast Area was being redone so Fortunately, the meeting room upstairs had a continental breakfast available. It was nice that it was pet friendly. I did review my bill and was charged $80 on Wednesday and Thursday,...
