"Nice property in downtown. Not new, but has charm. Location for activities is great. If you don’t do well with night nose, may not be ideal. I have no problem falling asleep, so no issue for me."

"Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "

"Didnt like the communication from representative. Was not able to enter building due to needing special code. Was never told about this. Stood in the cold waiting for it. Once inside the lock box code didnt work. They sent a new one and it didnt work. Had to create a one time code to get our key. The room was nice. It was clean."

"The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby, super clean area and fun atmosphere. The actual unit was a bit tired especially compared to the rental pictures. The couch and bath towels are very worn and the unit could use a deep clean ( cobwebs and paint touch up). There was not enough seating for four comfortably because there was not a second chair our a dinette set, luckily we were out exploring most of the time. The city was very easy to get around and we loved having a home base...

"Loved my stay here. loved the area, quiet bldg. Directions for checkin was very thorough step by step. Had everything in apt as if you were home. Maid service needs to be more thorough in cleaning and do a better job at it. Check seating areas and vacuum it, use newer sheets on bedding instead of olds that don't come clean."

"Condo is a perfect location to downtown Indy. A very short Uber distance away. Property was very clean and exactly how it was described. Would definitely stay again."

"For such a cheap price, my expectations were not high. But, the place was nice inside. It’s not like the picture shows but still nice. There wasnt any water or chips for us like the picture shows. There wasnt any shampoo or bar soup. But there was hand soup. So definitely bring your own supplies. Bring your own cutlery. They were on top of the blinds being broken at the front door, which was nice. You can hear everyone outside. Someone lives above this unit, so you will hear them. You do have...

"This place was exactly what we needed for a weekend away in Indy. We were able to get our walk in everyday. So many places to eat close by. We liked RALSTON’s for dinner. Had a great breakfast at Wild Eggs and brunch at The Oakmont was two thumbs up. Clean, in a great area and easy to check in and out of. Would recommend and for sure would stay again."

"Overall the location was in the perfect spot for us to walk around and explore. Only feedback would be to clean the wall vents and the carpets could of used a better vacuuming, but definitely would stay there again."

"This property is excellent for a anyone! Couples, family, friends! Plenty of space, updated and clean property. Great location - close to downtown and attractions. We stayed for the Final Four and Championship NIT tournament and it the perfect location between downtown/airport and Hinkle Fieldhouse (Butler University). Highly recommend if you are visiting the Indianapolis area!"
