"It took a really long time for the shower water to get warm-unusually long. The in room coffee is the worst and the coffee maker was on its last legs and should be replaced. Even the breakfast coffee was tasteless. So after spending alot of money for the location....you have to get coffee somewhere else. The tea was very good. The room and view were great and I would recommend the facility. The balcony was very nice with robes to wear."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been celebrating the end of summer with our kinds for 17 yrs in Avila. They are now in their mid 20s and it is a annual highlight. Gather is a great location, giving everyone plenty of space to relax, and easy walking distance to everything. The house is very nicely decorated and equiped but not so nice that you worry about it. The kitchen had everything we needed for a holiday meal but we only did light cooking. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed. Keyless entry is so convenient when you have people coming and going ... didn't have to manages who has the keys! Generous parking, beach chairs and towels and toys. We would definitely stay here again. Also - the property managers were very responsive ... we didn't need anything but i did reach out just to let them know we had checked in and they responded very quickly."
