I enjoyed my stay at the Scotsman. The staff was wonderful, especially James the concierge. James was able to unexpectedly, and without me asking, get a last minute reservation at Makars Mash for dinner. He was also able to recommend the best store to purchase a kilt and got me a discount on my purchase. Thanks for making me feel like family while staying at the hotel.

A central location with a view of New Town from our window. The suite had everything you could need. The staff here were so very helpful and accommodating. I have to the the best I’ve encountered anywhere I’ve stayed.

Different checkin experience as it’s in the bar but don’t let this sway you, the staff are amazing, the food was great and entertainment every night was really good with it ending by midnight never kept us up! Anything you need they were there to please even taking your luggage up stairs for you and only 9 rooms! Loved this central right on the Royal Mile location is prime!!
