Stay in our spectacular home in the gated Reserve community. Up the hill on four private acres, with incredible views of Bear Lake. Access to amenities including two large swimming pools, splash pad, in ground hot tub, tennis courts, workout gym, clubhouse, BBQ and access to the Reserve private sandy beach! The space
Amazing panoramic views overlooking Bear Lake. Beautiful, gated community with incredible amenities including two large swimming pools, water slide and splash pad for kids, BBQ area, outdoor lounge chairs, Tennis, pickleball and basketball court. Access to the near by Reserve private sandy beach with space to relax at the beach without the large summer crowds. Our house has plenty of outdoor space including a large parking lot in front of the house, a flat grass lawn in the backyard with a fire pit and swing set, a large covered deck overlooking the lake with tables and seating. Beneath the deck is a large cement pad where the private hot tub is located with some additional outdoor lounge chairs. The inside of the house has been updated with beautiful modern touches and decor. 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and sleeping for UpTo 40 guests. This is an amazing place to create lasting memories with your family and loved ones set in a beautiful private neighborhood with spectacular views of the mountains, lake and surrounding areas.
Guest access
Entire house access except areas labeled "private" which includes a storage room located underneath the garage and our cleaners maintenance closet. A key fob will be left for guests to grant access to all the Reserve amenities and Private Beach access. We will send the digital access code to the house the day of your check in.
