This hotel is perfect for those days when you have an early flight in the morning. It's on the airport property and 6-8 minute walk to the check in counters. Lobby has a bar and restaurant so very convenient. Staff is energetic, friendly and helpful. Standard rooms are small but sufficient for overnight stay and price is right. I upgraded to the family room and was much better. Can't go wrong for early travelers. I'll book here again.

Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. Very good location with many amenities around and public transportation. Easy to navigate, helpful and friendly staff and the room was very clean, definitely recommend for a short trip to Vienna.

Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

The staff members were among the most helpful of those we have encountered in all our travels. This is about our fifth one time to say at this hotel. We have been coming here for more than a decade — each time we come to Vienna — we stay here.

We were suggested to stay in this hotel with our toddler and so happy we did! It is kids oriented and offers separate room for toddlers with plenty of toys and riding cars and a separate room for older kids with all the games you can think of! Having the restaurant and the bar literally in the lobby of the hotel, made our stay even more relaxed! The hotel is situated in a nice residential complex with plenty of playgrounds for the kids. Great stay!

Great location. You have from excellent food options to shopping walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly which means alot to me. The rooms are smaller than what we are used to in America but still cozy and just enough space. Rooms are very clean, and housekeeping staff are amazing. One call for extra towels or blanket and the next 2 minutes they are already at the room. Loved that! Will definitely stay here again if opportunity presents.

It’s better location,friendly and clean

Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. It’s near westbanhoff which made it very convenient

This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!
