"We really enjoyed our stay. The check in with Isobel was very smooth and easy. The cottage is actually bigger than the front view suggests, as it has been extended at the rear. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage is well equipped and very clean and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and facilities in Lamlash. "This property was essentially a nice house, with a beautiful garden, however, the cleanliness on arrival was questionable. All the cups and cutlery had to be washed thoroughly before use, the cooker hob was still greasy and the fridge needed cleaning out before use. It was also dusty under the bed. The people are extremely nice…especially to a hillbilly from East Tennessee who was easily confused driving on the left side of the road. The apartment has a beautiful view of Port Glasgow and the Clyde River. We enjoyed our visit."

"The agency did not respond to our nessages or gave instruction on how to access the property, we had to book an hotel at extra expence and only managed to get into the property on the second night. No wardrobes or hangers to use for clothes. Very limited kitchen equipment. "
