"The front desk young lady was very delightful. She was polite and displayed good customer service. The Indian restaurant was super delicious! I hope it will stay there for a long time. However, I find the parking fee way too much. Nonetheless, it was a great stay. "

"Disappointed with this hotel. It looked a lot nicer on the photos and for over $200 per night I expected a lot more. It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom in particular (the floor below the shower is straight up dirty), the carpet could also use a clean. I was surprised that there was no conditioner - all hotels offer it now. The air conditioning is super loud, and you can hear the cars from the road outside the hotel constantly. Lastly, I was surprised to receive a pack n play as the baby crib instead of an actual crib; it’s hard to clean these and there was a stain on the mesh. Only positive is how close it is to the airport but I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"A quiet and nice stay. I usually stay here when I have a long layover in Seattle. Their airport shuttle is super convenient and easy. The staff are super helpful and nice."
