"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"A beautiful apt high on the hill of Parzanica overlooking lake Iseo. Very comfortable. The drive is up 14 hairpin bends. While we were there, there was construction below us during the day but nighttime and weekends were quiet. Great place to bicycle or hike"

"First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! On the downside, no AC, in sunny and hot weather (daytime highs were 36 Č) it gets very hot because directly under roof, therefore windows wide open out of necessity. "We landed late into Bergamo area so chose this hotel for location. It was only a ten minute walk from the airport then 15 minute taxi to Bergamo station the next morning. We were only there a short period of time but the staff were excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable. "

Excellent one night stay

"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. We had pasta and drinks in the outdoor cafe which was lovely. We booked the shuttle back to the airport (for a small charge) for the next day, to get our bus to Peschiera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

Great stay in Bergamo

"Really surprisingly good hotel. Very convenient location in central bergamo, and very helpful staff. Hotel looked brand new in the rooms and was very clean throughout. Breakfast options were very good. I would definitely stay here again next time in Bergamo. Free wifi throughout the hotel."

Lovely, spacious rooms

"We didn't spend long in this hotel as our flight was delayed and we only booked it for one night. It was a shame as the family room was excellent, so spacious and clean with two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was air-con. Excellent airport hotel option, much better than we expected. "
