"Very good hôtel well locate near the train station and city. Very good breakfast, staff are very nice at the reception and at the breakfast room. The cleaning could of been better in the room, the carpet was not well clean with the vaccum and we left one day 2 dirty glasses and when we were back at night they were not change! have never been clean"

"Disappointed in my stay, check in via tv screen was a bit strange but it is 2026. The room was basic which I expected but the tv did not work - problem with connection and the fridge didn't work. I had to throw stuff out in the morning. Not good value."

"I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the lack of acoustic silence between rooms and also room doors. I could hear the lavatory being f lushed on both sides of my room. And every room door buzz as people accessed their rooms in the hallway outside. Spa was ok, breakfast buffet standard. "

The service was excellent, and the staff was truly outstanding. We had the most amazing vacation and were thrilled to close out the ski resort for the 2026 season. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with a gorgeous pool and spa that made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional ski getaway."
