"Just unpleasant. No one at reception for 10mins, so went to find someone. No reservation, blamed Expedia. Gave me old room with dirty balcony that adjoined another room and the people came out and looked in my room as I was in bed. Tourist bus of people ate everything at breakfast and nothing much replenished - no pastries. Bike room left open by someone, so no security. Happy to leave."

"Warm and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable room. Easy bus service to Innsbruck with the guest card. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants in old town to explore. Overall, a lovely experience!"
