"our check in was at 4pm so when we got to into rotherham from bristol we called him numerous times to try and get the keys to go into the property. he ignored all of them just like the messages left on vrbo days prior. he then cancelled the booking at 5pm leaving us stranded 3/4 hours away from home. we booked for the whole weekend and vrbo only gave us a hotel for the friday night. so on saturday we had no where to sleep, no where to put our luggage or the car. Ruined the entire weekend."

"We did not stay. The room was upstairs and we had to go through a really trashy yard to get to it. It was cold and the heaters didn’t work, smelt like mildew and the bathroom was a disaster! We let and found appropriate accommodations! I can’t believe they would consider renting the place! We had to travel down a one way road to get to the place and the gate was closed. The neighbor sent us another way and the grounds were beautiful but the place was totally trashed. There was nobody there to...

"The apartment was not very clean and had a horrible damp smell, really disappointed as it was not like portrayed in the pictures. Finger prints all over the walls and even foot prints on the roof (no idea how they got there). No cooking facilities, shouldn’t be advertised as an apartment if there is just a microwave, more of a room with a few extras. Would not recommend "

"Seriously quiet area! Property as pictured with plenty of space and the three bedrooms meant our party of three had privacy. Fully alarmed and secure. Great location with just a hop-skip and jump to the city centre. Peak District down the road and some really good restaurants nearby. Any odd notes? A couple of lightbulbs need replacing.
