"Staff responded quickly on phone a solved check-in issue smoothly (hotels.com had not forwarded my phone nr, so key code could not be sent). Spacious room with all amenities needed, however room cleaning could be better. Free parking outside hotel much appreciated! Breakfast staff very helpful, but breakfast routines could improve (out meal but no milk, no lactose free alternatives). Everything served was however fresh and nicely presented. We will absolutely stay here again and love that new owners have taken on the challenge to do something great with this impressive building!"
